We are Organisation Development Specialists,

we offer continuous organizational improvement for all organisation departments

from planning, coaching, and consulting with teams and individuals who need assistance solving organizational challenges. 

  • Strategic Planning

Organizations that do not plan ahead plan to fail. We assist organizations to develop their strategies in a highly participatory process. As part of our post-planning support, we provide remote monitoring services for the implementation of such plans to encourage organizations to move from planning to action.


  • Team Building

Successful organizations are those that invest in building strong and winning teams. We facilitate indoor and outdoor team building processes using highly innovative, participatory processes that predominantly include games. We believe there is a child in every adult; hence our edutainment activities allow participants to learn while having fun. They are always accompanied by reflective sessions.


  • Change Management

We offer diverse approaches to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change. We cover a wide range of change drivers including: technological evolution, process reviews, crisis, and consumer habit changes; pressure from new business entrants, acquisitions, mergers, and organizational restructuring.

  • Job & Work Rationalization Exercises

For one reason or the other, some organizations find themselves in situations where some workers are overworked, while others are underutilized. Such situations have widespread repercussions and one of them is inefficiency. We assist organizations reorganize their operations and human resources for greater efficiency.


  • Corporate training in leadership and management development

Sound management plays a key role in ensuring organizational success. Effective management is a product of requisite skills, appropriate character and the right attitude. We recognize that people assume leadership / managerial roles through direct appointment or through promotion, hence we support those being prepared for or those that have assumed managerial roles to acquire and sharpen their skills, attitudes and character for effective management/leadership.
